Abstract

This chapter begins with the clinical presentation and diagnosis of vascular rings and pulmonary artery slings. It then moves to surgical management of double aortic arch, right aortic arch with left ligamentum, innominate artery compression syndrome, pulmonary artery sling, and tracheal stenosis. Postoperative care is covered, and it ends with a section on video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.
