Abstract
This article reviews most common sexually transmitted causes of urethritis in men. Outline are clinical presentation, approach, diagnostic work-up, and treatment for the most common pathogens, as well as the cost issues related to antibiotic therapy. Common management problems in urethritis are also discussed.
