Abstract

2PA fluorophores optimized for targeting and tissue penetrating capability should enable monitoring of tumors. 2PFM micrographs of whole-mount prostate tumor specimens using a novel tissue-penetrating bioconjugate probe showed remarkable detail of the tumor cell morphology.
