Abstract

Vesicovaginal fistula is a known postoperative complication of gynecologic and obstetric abdominal and vaginal procedures. A 44 year old patient which was diagnosed of advanced vaginal squamous cell carcinoma, presented symptoms of urinary incontinence, vaginal bleeding, and pain. A vesicovaginal fistula was depicted by transperineal ultrasonography. In the presence of low vesicovaginal fistula, the entire tract is delineated by this noninvasive transperineal ultrasonography.
