Abstract

This chapter makes the case for an organizational commitment to shaping and nurturing a knowledge sharing culture. The authors explore the negative downstream effect of dysfunctional organizational knowledge sharing at the non-clinical level on the ability of front-line practitioners to benefit from their colleagues' experience.
