Abstract

18F-Labeled reduced haloperidol and 11C-labeled reduced 3-N-methylspiperone were synthesized in a convenient and quantitative one step reduction from 18F-labeled haloperidol and 11C-labeled N-methylspiperone, respectively. Both products were purified by semipreparative HPLC and were obtained at high specific activity and radiochemical purity.
