Successful treatment of eruptive pyoderma gangrenosum with intravenous vancomycin and mezlocillin

Abstract

A marked exacerbation of pyoderma gangrenosum in a patient with Crohn's disease was treated with intravenous vancomycin and mezlocillin and an excellent response was observed without any notable side-effects.
