Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapter

Abstract

Here we discuss traditional and emerging statistical methods for evaluating the prediction performance of biomarkers. We highlight considerations for planning a study and discuss unique statistical considerations when executing studies assessing biomarker performance including appropriate metrics to quantify biomarker-prediction performance and sample-size estimation.
