Abstract

Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were preincubated for 3 days in medium alone or with various mitogens then washed and irradiated. The preincubated cells then were cultured with autologous T-cells in an autologous mixed lymphocyte reaction (AMLR).
