Simple detector for microcolumn LC using electrospray ionization

Abstract

A simple detector for microcolumn liquid chromatography using electrospray ionization is described. The principle operational parameters of the detector were evaluated. The minimum detectable quantity for a variety of analytes is in the 10−10 mole range or below.
