Abstract
Two cases of rapture of the urinary bladder following cystoscopic clot evacuation are presented. Both patients had hemorrhagic cystitis (HC) secondary to cyclophosphamide therapy. The bladder injuries were not immediately recognized. Computed tomography (CT) demonstrated the bladder rupture in both patients.
