Renovascular hypertension in renal tuberculosis

Abstract

Renal tuberculosis is a rare cause of renal arterial stenosis with hypertension. In view of the often favourable effect of nephrectomy on the blood pressure, identification of this condition is important. Three patients with renovascular hypertension in renal tuberculosis are discussed.
