Abstract

Culdocentesis is currently a widely used diagnostic technique in gynecology. Although associated with numerous theoretical risks, few complications have been documented in anecdotal reports. Rectal serosal hematoma, an unusual complication of Culdocentesis, is described.Copyright � 1985 by The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
