Reactive perforating collagenosis of renal failure/diabetes responsive to topical retinoic acid

Abstract

A 53-year-old black man with chronic renal failure and diabetes was treated for reactive perforating collagenosis of renal failure/diabetes with topical retinoic acid. Within a few months, the lesions flattened and resolved, leaving residual hyperpigmentation.
