Abstract
This is an unusual case of bilateral ureteral obstruction secondary to metastatic adenocarcinoma of an unknown primary. Knowledge of this condition and evaluation directed towards tissue confirmation of the process are important because recent reports suggest that chemotherapy may be helpful for some patients.
