Abstract
A 28-year-old woman with radiation-induced retinopathy characterized by visual acuity of 20/200, multiple dot-and-blot and flame-shaped hemorrhage, cotton wool spots, capillary telangiectasias, and macularnonperfusion was treated with oral pentoxifylline. Eight months later the retinopathy was significantly improved.
