Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the effectiveness and acceptability of universal, selective, and indicated preventive psychological and social interventions aimed at preventing (symptoms of) mental disorders (post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, and somatic symptom and related disorders) in people living in low- and middle-income countries (LMIC) affected by humanitarian crises.
