The experience with adenoepidermoid carcinomas of the cervix at Roswell Park Memorial Institute during the years 1959—1961 was reviewed. A comparison was made between adenoepidermoid and epidermoid carcinomas in overall salvage as well as in radiation and surgical management. Adenoepidermoid carcinoma was found to have a poorer prognosis than epidermoid. Surgical therapy had slightly better five-year salvage than radiation.
