Abstract
Primary pulmonary lymphoma is an uncommon presentation and endobronchial mass is an extremely rare site of presentation. A 40-year-old man who was diagnosed with primary pulmonary lymphoma with high-grade histopathological features is described, along with a brief review of literature.
