Prevalence of coronary artery disease in patients with aortic stenosis with and without angina pectoris

Abstract

Based on these data, it is impossible to predict the presence or absence of coronary artery disease in patients with aortic stenosis based on symptoms. As a result, we recommend that all patients with aortic stenosis undergo coronary angiography in preparation for valve replacement.
