Abstract
Asymmetric pulmonary parenchymal uptake of Tl-201 was observed in both stress and delayed myocardial perfusion scintigraphy in a 54-year-old man with a documented history of sarcoidosis and the recent onset of an arrhythmia. Ga-67 scintigraphy confirmed the presence of asymmetric diffuse pulmonary uptake without mediastinal or hilar involvement, typical of type III sarcoid. Chest radiograph also confirmed this pattern.
