Abstract

The evaluation and treatment of patellofemoral disorders requires a thorough understanding of the multiple factors that can contribute to these conditions. Treatments should be individualized to address the specific anatomic or functional deficits of a patient, while taking care to avoid the commonly reported complications that can occur with these procedures.
