Abstract

A case of massive bleeding of the gastrointestinal tract associated with hemobilia caused by hemorrhage into a pancreatic pseudocyst and erosion into the common bile duct is reported. It was treated successfully by ligation of the bleeding vessel and cystoduodenostomy.
