Abstract

An oxyphil adenoma occurred in a patient who had a previous benign mixed tumor of the same parotid gland and a coincidental neurofibroma of the cervical spine. Electron microscopic study demonstrated typical mitrochondrial hyperplasia of the oncocytes. A common stimulus for the production of all three benign neoplasms could not be demonstrated.
