Abstract
The Center for Disease Control (CDG: Atlanta, Ga.) has conducted surveillance of food-borne diseases and published annual summaries of outbreaks since 1966. Consumers, local and state health agencies, the Food and Drug Administration, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture assist the CDC by reporting outbreaks. This report summarizes data from outbreaks of food-borne disease reported to the CDC in 1975.
