Abstract
We present a case of maxillary odontogenic myxoma. The high propensity for local destruction and recurrence when these benign lesions originate in the maxilla makes it important to consider them in the differential diagnosis of nasal and maxillary masses. Treatment consists of wide local excision, which may require en bloc or radical resection in extensive lesions.
