Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

The development of a self-evaluation process incorporates the use of a concise, practical audit form. The form is discussed using an example to demonstrate its applicability to clinical practice. The four components of the audit form (subjective, objective, assessment, plan) are discussed as they relate to the quality of written records.
