Myoclonus-associated hypomania during MAO-inhibitor-treatment

Abstract

The authors report the association of myoclonus with the development of hypomania in a patient receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). They discuss this case in terms of its possible implications for the understanding of antidepressant efficacy and of the development of hypomania.
