Abstract

Mountain Manor Treatment Center (MMTC) is a community treatment provider in urban Baltimore, which is part of a larger system of behavioral health care programs for adults and adolescents in Maryland. The program described here is MMTC’s residential treatment program for adolescents with substance abuse disorders. This program is part of the MMTC continuum of care for drug-involved and dual diagnosis adolescents, which also includes outpatient, intensive outpatient, day treatment, special education day school, and a mental health clinic. MMTC’s programs are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
