Abstract

» Many disorders present similar to cervical spondylotic myelopathy. » Mimickers can be differentiated from cervical spondylotic myelopathy through a detailed history and physical examination. » Differentiating between etiologies is aided by electrodiagnostic studies and adjunctive studies using radiographs and magnetic resonance images.
