Abstract

Spinal cord vascular lesions are rare but well-recognized entities. Their natural history and treatment indicate that surgical resection often offers the best chance to ameliorate symptoms and to improve a patient's neurological condition. Having knowledge of the appropriate microsurgical techniques and approaches to these vascular lesions will facilitate their effective treatment.
