METHOD FOR CALIBRATION OF POSITION SERVO DEVICES.

Abstract

A method is reported which can be performed completely under control of high level processes and does not require operator intervention to hook up any special apparatus. This self-calibration ability produces significant maintenance cost savings. The method permits calibration to be done whenever needed, thus enhancing system performance.
