The advantages and disadvantages of the Chevron, Mitchell, Kelal, Leventen, Hohman-Thomasen, Wilson and Wedge osteotomies are illuminated. Complications such as metatarsal shortening, transfer metatarsalgia, and avascular necrosis are addressed.
