Abstract
The transcortin binding capacity has been determined by gel filtration in 8 patients with the syndrome of male pseudohermaphroditism with testicular feminization. In basal conditions, the transcortin of these patients is of the same magnitude as the values observed in control subjects of both sexes. Under estrogen therapy, the binding capacity of the protein rises normally and linearly in function of the dose administered.
