Localized tracheal amyloidosis is a rare tracheal abnormality and a rare form of amyloidosis. Less than 20 cases of isolated tracheal amyloidosis have been reported. We report a case of a 70-year-old man who was evaluated for hemoptysis and tracheal nodularity. Diagnosis of localized amyloidosis was established at the fourth bronchoscopic procedure. We discuss diagnostic difficulties and treatment options for localized tracheal amyloidosis.
