Lid retraction or no lid retraction in optic neuropathy with proptosis

Abstract

A 58-year-old woman had a history of treated hyperthyroidism and presented with unilateral proptosis and visual loss. The diagnostic evaluation and differential diagnosis were discussed and the treatment of dysthyroid optic neuropathy was outlined.
