Abstract

The clinical features and the laparoscopic ovarian biopsy findings of a case of insensitive ovary syndrome are presented. The hypoplastic ovaries revealed an ongoing process of follicular degeneration with deposition of a basophilic material, similar to calcium. The etiologic associations of this phenomenon are presently unknown.
