Abstract

The transplantable R-3327 prostate adenocarcinoma (Dunning tumor) has been studied in the Copenhagen rat. We present information about androgen-dependent and hormone-independent tumors in regard to metastasis, growth rate, extrapolated cell kinetics, and response to treatment.
