Forgotten kidney: Asynchronous bilateral ureteropelvic junction obstruction

A case is presented in which ureteropelvic junction obstruction developed in a kidney that had apparently been normal at the time of contralateral nephrectoiny for ureteropelvie junction. obstruction nine years previously. Therapeutic implications are discussed.
