Abstract
An evaluation of hexamethylmelamine was attempted to establish its therapeutic value in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma. A murine renal cell adenocarcinoma model was treated with 3 dosage levels of hexamethylmelamine at an early and late stage of disease occurrence. From the results observed and analyzed, it seems unlikely that hexamethylamine may be of clinical benefit in the treatment of renal carcinoma in man.
