Abstract

The article to which this erratum refers was published in Am J Ind Med. 2017; 60: 635-643 (10.1002/ajim.22728). The following statement should have been included under “DISCLOSURE (AUTHOR)” Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) and Dr. Kent Anger have a significant financial interest in Northwest Education Training and Assessment [or NwETA], a company that may have a commercial interest in the results of this research and technology. This potential individual and institutional conflict of interest has been reviewed and managed by OHSU.
