Abstract

The prevalence of antiphospholipid antibodies in normals and SLE patients is reviewed. The frequency of complications of antiphospholipid antibodies (thrombosis, pregnancy morbidity) in the literature and in the Hopkins Lupus Cohort is summarized. (C) 2000 Academic Press.
