Abstract
Here we propose an algorithm for mathematical processing of the primary data on DNA hybridization on an oligonucleotide microchip, obviating most false positives. Such errors are revealed by the absence of the corresponding overlapping oligonucleotide signals. The screen efficiency depending on the length of oligonucleotide and DNA probe as well as the initial number of false positives was evaluated in theory and by computer simulation.
