Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: In the context of primary healthcare settings, we aim to assess: effects of digitally tracking clients' health service use and status combined with decision support conducted via mobile device; effects of digitally tracking clients' health service use and status combined with TCCs accessible via mobile device; and effects of digitally tracking clients' health service use and status combined with decision support conducted via mobile device and TCCs accessible via mobile device.
