N2 - To the Editor: I should like to comment on the paper, “Politics in the Development of a Migrant Health Center” (N Engl J Med 292:890–895, 1975), by Dans and Johnson. We have an identical program established in late 1972 with an H.E.W. Migrant Grant in northern New Mexico. Since there is such similarity between our groups, I suppose that the authors neglected to discuss some of the more sensitive problems that, having encountered ourselves, I assume might have been inherent in their structure.
