Dacron vascular grafts in renal transplant patients

Abstract

Dacron vascular grafts were used for limb salvage in three patients receiving renal transplants. The patients had survival of the limbs and subsequently received immunosuppression therapy with azathioprine and prednisone without untoward effects on the vascular prosthesis.
