Abstract

We were unable to find any reports in the literature on cytogenetic findings in patients with congenital absence of the vagina. The cytogenetic findings in the above 12 cases were within normal limits for females. All our patients were phenotypic females with 44 autosomes and 2 X sex chromosomes.
