Abstract
Chest CT scanning has become an important method for evaluating the immunocompromised host at high risk for opportunistic fungal infection. Patients with leukemia and lymphoma and those with AIDS benefit from early and serial CT evaluations. In these groups, CT has made a major contribution toward better management of care for patients.
