Abstract
Abstract: An 8‐year‐old girl had Crohn's disease of the vulva 16 months before the onset of intestinal symptoms. At the time of diagnosis she had no evidence of systemic disease. Cutaneous and intestinal lesions responded rapidly to cor ticosteroids and metronidazole. Crohn's disease must be considered in the dif ferential diagnosis of nontender, red, edematous plaques of the genital area.
