The authors regret that there is an error in the current manuscript publication in the Methods section under “2.1 Design Overview” when describing the detoxification procedures at the inpatient units. The text currently reads: “Detoxification approaches varied between the 8 sites (3 sites used buprenorphine tapers, 4 sites used methadone tapers, and 2 used no opioids and provided only clonidine and non-opioid medications).” The corrected text should read: “Detoxification approaches varied between the sites (two sites used buprenorphine tapers, four sites used methadone tapers, and two used no opioids and provided only clonidine and non-opioid medications).” The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
